Returns

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy for all items. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2325 W Charter Way, Stockton, California 95206 USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case, you received a damaged item, please write us immediately or call us at (818) 540-2960. Please provide a few pictures of the damaged/broken item and we will send you replacement as soon as possible. We will cover the costs of damaged or defective items.
